RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our Policy.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.


INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

 

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to My Site, accessible from www.hifiresume.com

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


GENERAL RETURN POLICY

As we do not sell any physical product we do not take returns. and We do not return all our PDF Product Files.


REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, the Refund request should be made on the same date of your purchase. If the product you have initiated the Refund after 24 hours have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.


RE-DOWNLOAD POLICY

In order to be eligible for a Re-Download, the Re-Download request should be made on the same date of your purchase. If the product you have initiated the Re-Download after 24 hours have passed, you will not be eligible for a Re-Download.


Warning

Once downloaded, no request can be raised for refund or re-download. Fake requests cannot be raised. If fake requests are raised and bad words are used in remarks, the refund and re-download request will be blocked. Legal action may be taken against you.

Aside from these conditions, there are items that can be returned but are not refundable as stated in the following:

Unfortunately, products that were marked as Bundled when purchased are not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.

HOW TO RAISE THE REQUEST

Check your details after entering the transaction number on the link click here or go to Service->Request. Then select the request type and write your problem in remarks and submit the request. A request number will be generated, which you can track through that number. click here to track your request.
